Ipos (Fekei mixing sticks)
Fekei is a Rotuman delicacy often cooked in an earth oven (lovo). Here, Mark Dominiko has carved out some Ipos (Fekei Mixing sticks) for export. The ipos is in the shape of a small paddle to slice the Fekei with ease soon as it is out of the lovo.
